Caroline Tsui

Caroline Tsui is the co-founder of Mint Tax Consulting. She has over 26 years of experience working with international executives in Asia.

She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants with 10 years of experience in the Big Four Accounting Firms in Hong Kong and Singapore, specializing in U.S. and Hong Kong taxes.

Prior to setting up Mint Tax Consulting, Caroline spent five years at Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. in Hong Kong. As the Executive Director, Asia Regional Manager, she headed up the Global Mobility Services function, overseeing the expatriate management and mobility services for Goldman Sachs for the Asia region (China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Singapore and Taiwan).

With the mix of public accounting and corporate experience, she has both the strategic thinking and operational expertise to provide practical solutions and assist in the implementation process.

Her area of expertise is in advising executives and corporations on individual tax, as well as the technical and practical aspects of cross-border transfer issues.
